This hotel is a scam, do not book it through expedia or other companies. Upon arrival, I tried to check in and they claimed to not find my reservation and said I had to pay cash. Never received a refund.

PESIMO HOTEL NO LO RECOMIENDO
Terrible experiencia, hoteles.com me confirma y garantiza mi reserva, al llegar al hotel el personal super arrogante y grosero me dice que no estan aceptando reservas que hable con la agencia para que me acomode, hablo con hoteles.com ellos intentan llamar al hotel y no les contestaban las llamadas, después de una hora y media al teléfono me reubican a otro hotel Realmente la peor experiencia

Pésima estancia, no regresare
Pésimo, llegue y me cambiaron la habitación que yo había pagado, la cama parecía de piedra, había cucharas muertas en el cuarto, los controles no tenían batería, esta a un lado de una centras de autobuses y toda la noche había ruido, el wifi no llegaba a mi cuarto a menos que estuviera en la puerta de entrada
