Unique hotel with wonderful hosts, who own the building and live on the premises. Has a cool open air balcony on the third floor overlooking the street, which is a great place to relax as if you are outside, but with shade. Room had all the amenities I needed--cold fridge, warm shower, comfortable bed and small AC unit. It can be quite noisy, since the hallway is open to the street, but the air conditioning fan helps cover it up. Overall great location and great place to stay!

I almost HATE giving a 5-STAR review because CABO TORTUGA ois such a Hidden LITTLE GEM! LOLITA & MIGUEL made me feel right at home on Arrival. The Room (only 6 available) was newly rehabed & Spotless. I was up early every day for Diving so I only got to enjoy Lolita's Awesome Breakfast on the Day of Departure. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN, but I am AFRAID of NO ROOM @ THE INN....

Beautiful room, cool hotel, just hard to find. Great location but all the maps used went to the wrong place. They could use a bigger sign. Staff was excellent.

This family-owned hotel is a gem in the middle of downtown Cabo. Clean, spacious room with good amenities. While this isn’t a luxury stay, it checks all the boxes. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend!
We had a great stay. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but for such a small village we didn’t expect the Hilton. Staff at the bungalows and the attached coffee shop were fabulous! Coffee shop was incredible and delicious with pastries and croissant sandwiches. The fridge could have been a bit cleaner but was working and kept our drinks cold. The drinkable water jug included was a great bonus! Excellent place to stay for scuba diving. There were multiple areas to hang gear to dry.

This unique and quirky little hotel is a rare find. The first impression is of just a random door in the middle of a street, underneath a second floor pirate ship. We thought that maybe we made a bad booking choice, but then found our room to be modernized, big and very comfortable. The only minor flaw is that the hot water is a little weak in the shower. For the price and location you will not find anything better in Cabo. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Enjoy a cervesa or tequila from the pirate ship balcony and watch the street life go by.

Small family inn - 6 rooms. Walkable to everything. Difficult to find - look for door of Marlini next door. Lots of stairs. Clean but tiny bathroom. Breakfast was coffee and a slice of pound cake. Good value.

Good boutique hotel
This is boutique hotel operates by friendly & good family. Very good price for room & location. Good omelette breakfasts too. Can order breakfast at anytime. Location very near to the marina for boat tours. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

What an amazing stay at this hotel. It was perfect! The room was clean and spacious. The location could not be beat. It is walking distance to everywhere. Lolita and Miguel were incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Close to Everything
Location and price made this hotel a very wise choice near a ton of restaurant's and shopping locations as well as the marina and a casino that made me $300 no car no problem at Cabo Tortuga

Great location, excellent service, super friendly.
We loved the attention and service that Miguel provided. The hotel has a security door that we are provided a code to ensure saftey. Miguel was so friendly and attentive for our one night stay. The room was large and super clean. The bathroom was very modern. Large TV and excellent AC. The bed was super confortable and the location is perfect. Just a short 3 minute walk to the marina and all the local places to eat and drink. We had a great stay and at checkout we had a super delicious omelet breakfast that was included.

The owners live on the property and Miguel and Lolita are so very kind and generous. Also very helpful. The hotel is small and has a ship motif. Really cute. Great location. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there are so many places to choose to eat. The second floor is a huge common are where we would eat or have drinks overlooking the street activities below. Very reasonable priced. A real find.

We can't say enough great things about this property. Fantastic location convenient to everywhere in Cabo. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The value is unbeatable compared to the many other locations I researched. But what makes this property so amazing are Lolita and Miguel and family! They are the owners of Cabo Tortuga and they are absolutely wonderful! They treat you and take care of you like family. So helpful and so kind! You couldn't ask for anything more. They live on the property so they're always around to help or just give you a genuine warm smile and conversation. If/when we return to Cabo, there's nowhere else we'd want to stay. And to top it all off, Miguel wakes up super early to have free coffee ready for you in the morning. There is also free tea and free filtered water which are all available all day. What more can you ask for!?! Gracias por todo Lolita and Miguel. Nos vemos en el futuro!
