"The place is very nice with very nice and comfortable furniture. However, there were some major things that you expect to have that we either went without or had to contact the owner to get. For example: 1) We had 8 people and they only supplied 4 towels until we requested more. We had 2) We had to request the hot water to be turned on and then it only worked once so we were only able to take one hot shower over the course of two days.3) The master bathroom toilet does not work. 4) The master bedroom heater does not work. There is no heater/AC in any other room except the main living room. 5) There were no kitchen chairs. 6) There was no soap for cleaning dishes.7) There were no garbage cans except one small one in the master bathroom. And finally, the listing shows a picture of the beach in the background from the parking lot. That is not accurate. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and it is covered in garbage. In fairness, many of these are easily solved issues. Like I said, it is a very nice place and the owner was kind and communicative. But it simply was not ready for tenants when we went. "

"What an absolutely wonderful hotel in a wonderful location!!! - From the moment of arrival - I was treated superbly!!! My room was the Astor Suite and for the 3 days I had a fabulous time there. Maryam the Deputy Manager was outstanding and customer service is throughout every aspect of the hotel experience. The room was amazing and `I was able to work and enjoy at the same time. The hotel is fresh and clean and has space and beautiful citrus aromas in the hotel public areas. The Pool was fabulous and the staff so attentive. There is a pool and private beach area. The staff were constantly offering drinks and little touches of food offerings - amazing. Breakfast was buffet and constantly fully catered for to all tastes, my favourite was the yogurts with fruit. They made poached eggs/avocado and mushrooms which was historic!! I had a spa treatment which I did not want to end - it was fabulous. The bathroom products are Sodashi and again wonderful. I will definitely come back to the St Regis and cannot wait to come back with friends. Everyone at the hotel were exceptional and could not do enough for me!! It was simply amazing"
