"Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement...

"To me the hotel, and rooms had a nice appears, but the pillows at that hotel needs to be changed more often. After 2 or 3 nights of sleeping on same pillows, I started to feel like I was catching a cold, because the pillows ( pillow cases ) were not fresh. Did not smell fresh. "

"We had a excellent experience. Near the center of the neighborhood, beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants and the handicrafts market. The staff is friendly and good breakfast. "

"A localização é boa e os funcionários muito prestativos. Porém o café da manhã é fraco. Mas o pior é que a piscina estava fechada . A gente não teria ficado lá se soubermos. É obrigação do hotel informar isso no sei site. Falta de consideração. Não ficaríamos novamente"

"Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The...
