"This is a magical hotel with an incredible room. This place has so much Venetian charm. If you want a modern room, this is not for you. If you want an authentic feeling of Venice, then settle in. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They arranged a water taxi to the airport that showed up on time and got us to our flight. The one thing I would criticize is that the breakfast was complete rubbish and borderline inedible. However, you can get a nice breakfast at any bar in Venice, so I did not take away a star because all else was so nice. Also, this place is super convenient to all of Venice. You can literally see the Bridge of Sighs from in front of the property. It is also steps away from San Marco. The room was also very quiet which I appreciated especially since it was so close to everything. I travel with a family ( a 7 year old) and we would definitely stay there again. "

"The location was great. It was a three minute walk from the train station. Every staff we encountered was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was also included with our price. Shower was nice, and the water was hot the tea I like but of course you can adjust the temperature of the water. We stayed close to the train station so that we can depart early in the morning. Walk to San Marco square about 30 minutes and a lot of shops on the way. If you don’t want to walk there is the water taxi that is 9.50 Euros to go to San Marco Square. "
