"Had such a great stay! We had a huge drive up and the lady at reception went above and beyond with great customer service and was really helpful and organised a cot for my over tired cranky baby immediately when requested and upgraded us to the beautiful lakeside cabins which were perfect. A big thank you to the lady in reception who assisted me, it was really appreciate after a huge travel day with a 1 year old and 2 year old! Waterpark, pool and jumping pillow were amazing for young kids. We didn’t want to leave! Great location too just outside Byron. Definitely coming back again soon 😊 Our new favourite holiday park! "

"Nice modern room with good kitchen facilities and large bathroom, bed was really comfy and the room was clean. Had tea, coffee, sugar, and milk when we arrived and the toiletries smelt lovely! It’s in a good location about 10 mins walk from Byron Bay centre along the beach and had parking outside. There is a pool but we didn’t use that on this occasion as only there one night. There was a very helpful lady when we arrived, she wasn’t staff but she helped us get the keys as there weren’t staff available when we got there!"
