"The entire experience at The Guest House was great. From the free drink vouchers to the nightly PB&J and milk. They say that you pay for the experience at places like this, but the amenities definitely made the price seem more reasonable."

"This hotel has recently open (only a few months when we stayed) - the reason why we selected this hotel. Staff really friendly, and helpful. Breakfast has not much option, but considered better than average. Love the gated parking (you need to get the code to enter the gated parking when you check in) - which is quite common in Memphis according to the staff there. There is (plenty) parking in front of the hotel as well when you arrive to park temporarily while you check in. One feedback I gave to the staff was, my child has rash after sleeping on one of the bed (cause he is allergic to dust mite), but we didn't inform the hotel cause its already very late past midnight. However, the staff showed empathy in the morning when we were asked about feedback while checking out. I would suggest to inform them in advance, should any of the person staying has certain allergies. I didn't inform earlier assuming its a new hotel."

"This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Receptionist could’ve had better energy and been more engaging. She ain’t even crack a smile. Overall stay was amazing."

"I stay here regularly when I travel to see my family. It is very clean and well kept and the service is great. I also really like the location which is close to the freeway, but provide the sense of separation from high traffic areas. During my most recent trip, I had two problems with items in the room. The first time the coffee maker did not work and the second time the bathroom sink drain cover would not lift up. I’m sure the hotel would have sent someone up to fix it immediately, but I arrived very late and didn’t want to have somebody up in my room at that time of night. Otherwise, my day was great as usual.."

"I liked everything about my stay. I had a minor issue in which was the room had a stale odor. I used air freshener that I purchased from the store and it still smelled. Other than that everything was fine"
