"The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. It was my husband and I and it was a nice place to come relax after the fun on Franklin and campus activities. It is close enough to walk in order to get a little exercise (about 30 minutes) and we also had a car for the later nights. It was clean and comfortable and very private. We didn't cook more than toast and coffee but it appeared to have all that you would need and the bedding was clean and plus. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We reserved the Santorini cottage but the owners asked us to upgrade to the sprawling 4BR 4BA home. It was lovely! The land is so peaceful and the condition of the house was perfect. Very well-equipped kitchen. I can only assume that the smaller cottage was as nice as the big home on the same land. Both had fenced yards for dogs which our dog thoroughly enjoyed."

"This was a very relaxing and great stay! Myself and my three siblings traveled to NC for our grandfathers memorial and family events. It was super helpful having a nice quiet place to stay and reconnect with my siblings. The house was clean, bright, and centrally located to whole foods, coffee, and more! 10/10 :)"

"The stay was pleasant and peaceful. I was in town for a relativein the hospital, but it felt like I was on a mini vacation. I've heard of so many different nightmare stays with Premier hosts, so I was a bit Leary. She was wonderful and very attentive. The Cottage itself is so cozy and inviting. I am looking forward to staying again under better circumstances."
