"Beautiful and clean condo in a walkable area in Wake Forest. Would 100% stay here again! Only two very small complaints. We would have liked the umbrella that went with the stand in the rooftop deck because there was no shade during the day. And there is no mention of the amount of steps needed to climb to get to the first floor of the condo. If someone is disabled or has breathing problems climbing steps they may want to stay somewhere else. "

"The online pictures made this unit look so cute. However, it was dusty, and old. I think it has a moisture problem, and the air freshener was so strong I could smell it in my purse and on my clothes after leaving. The bathtub had a hole in the ceiling on arrival, with debris in the tub. The kitchen was sparsely supplied, not even a toaster. Also, it was very hot outside during our visit, and we couldn’t turn up the air conditioning, and with no ceiling fans it was a bit stuffy. The balcony area...

"No hot water, no heat or a/c, dirty(food/dust ect), bed broken, chair broken and both were hidden and not disclosed. Had to ask for WiFi but got it too late to even bother with. WiFi box on floor in kitchen which could cause a tripping hazard. contacted host about issue and no action on her end. Contacted Vrbo and no response yet and it’s been over a week. Ended up leaving early and cutting trip short because of the issues and lack of attention to issues. Never got a refund either. But got cc...

"This was our second time staying at this property and everything was great. Stacy is awesome with communication and checking on you during your stay. The property is as described, clean and cozy. This is a perfect spot for us to stay when we visit our student at UNC. Close enough to everything but just far enough out that you are not in the masses during home games. :) This remains our first choice for our visits."
