"Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities. Had a couple of relaxing days, loved the steam and sauna. Would have liked separate changing facilities for men and. Women. Very good breakfast, would be better if it was open til later than 9.30. Excellent room facilities, very clean. I just had a very lumpy pillow! Mat daughter’s was fine. Restaurant food, glad we went one evening. Very tasty and god variety. "

"We were given a very friendly welcome on arrival with warmed cookies to top it off! The family room was fantastic with a view of the stadium. Very clean and comfortable. "

"We visited for our youngests daughters 5th birthdya trip to Legoland. The hotel was brilliant in location and the staff couldn't have been more lovely/helpful the entire stay. I emailed the night before our visit to ask if they might be abke to pop a birthday message in the room. They went abjve and beyond and blew up balloons and wrote a birthday card and laid out chocolates on the bed on a smiky face shape. So kind! Sana at breakfast and in the restaraunt was particularly lovely and caring/helpful. As were the reception ladies giving the children activities to do and the prize was HI money to hand over at the bad for some sweeties. Everyone at the hotel were wonderful. The only exception being a male bar man who was rude and unhelpful but when another staff memeber noticed, she continued the amazing level of customer service and kindness on his behlaf. Wonderful hotel. Shout out to Sana! Lovely stay! Thank you! :D "

"A great place to stay, beautifully styled rooms and bar and you would think you were in Morocco relaxing by the outside pool. Dinner was in the Thai restaurant just a little way down the street ( though I understand it is moving back to the main hotel by June this year) the food and service were superb. Would definitely visit again and old town Beaconsfield is an incredible town with very wide streets and free parking everywhere- we parked outside the hotel front door."

"TV doesn't work, the door to the toilet doesn't close properly. The carpet is stained, basically it needs to spend money on improvement. Ok for a single night, but we won't choose the hotel again."
