"The building is beautiful, and it has been renovated while keeping the feel and look of an earlier time. The one drawback to this was the bathroom had no direct heating, and it was a cold couple of days., so the bathroom was super cold. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and engaged. The only problem we had was a request we made for extra pillows, and it took a few tries before we got one extra pillow"

"Very nice stay! Right in the middle of the third ward. Wonderful staff. I was dissappointed that they didn't make aware the cost of the valet. I had two other guest meet me there so i had inquired about parking options. They told me to just park in front of the hotel and itd be taken care of. On checkout, they charged my account almost 300$ for parking for two nights. We probably wouldve still utilized the service but it wouldve been nice to know prior to the charge."

"Everything was above and beyond my expectations. The concierge with the two dogs is a horrible person. As soon as I stopped to pet the dogs two other young men talked to him as I petted the sweet dog. The two checked the dogs teeth made small talk then the Concierge looked at me and said ,"Then she went and committed suicide ". Then the three proceeded to try and get me involved in acepting that was my fate. He should be gone!!!😳 All other staff the best, perfect and knows how to treat...
