"We had a great time at this beach house. Short walk to a beautiful beach out the back gate Our dog enjoyed our walks on the beach and it was nice to have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when we returned.Able to catch a few sunrises and collect some shells.Beds were comfortable. House is spacious and everything is provided Enjoyed having an attached garage to keep the car cool and unpack. We spent most evenings sitting on the back porch Rode the bikes provided to a few restaurants. Helmets and locks were provided. We didn’t use but it was nice to have : beach towels, chairs and wagon provided. Less to pack. Host responded quickly to my questions My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer."

"Stayed four nights. Location was great for easy beach access and short drive to historic St Augustine. Property was very clean and well furnished. Easy to work with and great check in and check out instructions. "

"We had a great vacation experience at Colony Reef! The condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation!Condo unit had a great view overlooking pool and ocean. The condo was clean and perfect for our stay. Our adult kids who live in Jacksonville came over with grandkids to visit and the kids were in heaven. They enjoyed the indoor pool since weather was a bit cool. Loved the playground,outdoor pool and beach!A great place for family vacation or for couples wanting to get away!"
