Ideal condo to Relax
We were very impressed at the cleanliness of the property. Everything we needed flying in for a beach vacation was provided. Excellent parking and access to condo by elevator. The porch overlooking nature with the sea in the background was what we needed. Highly recommend.

Excellent beach getaway!
This property was very comfortable and so clean! We lived in FL many years ago and I couldn't believe I never saw a bug of any kind. The beach was beautiful and private. Close to everything needed. We love O'Steens for delicious seafood. Loved walking around the old town and outlet mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo right on the beach. It is on the first floor so the ocean view is somewhat limited but great view of the dunes etc.. The unit is extremely clean and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything. It is easy access to the beach, down town, attractions etc..

Great Spring Time Stay
This was a great unit. Great location. Nice beach area with vehicle access next to condo if desired. Well furnished. Clean. Well maintained. Quiet. Great support from management company. Easy access to the beach from condo and great views of the Ocean. Would definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends. Wish the pool was heated. That was only drawback this time of year.

Girls Fall Vacay
The property was perfect for our friends get away. We are from Michigan, Illinois, & Alabama. It was a really clean property and had everything we wanted. Only thing we could have asked for is maybe a few more towels and some beach towels. The kitchen was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Loved that it was a quick stroll to the beach to watch the sunrise. Close to town for exploring when the urge struck. Great property! We hope to come again!

Peaceful Bliss
This condo was beautiful and spacious! Sitting on the balcony, watching the wildlife (turtles and bunnies) and listening to the ocean was bliss. You get a glimpse of the ocean--you know its right there! To get to the beach may be too much of a walk for some seniors and anyone with bad feet/knees. One of my 25 year olds had no problem, the other one thought the walk was a bit hard. This place is about 20 min ride to Old St. Augustine. but still in any awesone location by car to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Owners answered my needs quickly! Pool was great and quiet! Loved it here! Hope to return soon.

Wonderful escape
Great location, easy drive to downtown, walk to great breakfast place, short drive to grocery, and of course right on the ocean. View of ocean partially obstructed from dunes, but you can enjoy the constant sound of the waves from the unit and it's an easy walk down the walkway to the beach. Sunrise from the balcony was stunning. Kitchen was fully stocked with equipment, including with the little things you need right away which was really nice (basic seasonings, coffee filters, even some saran wrap). Only used master bedroom but the bed was extremely comfortable. Owner was highly responsive and great to work with. Great stay!

Luxury spacious oceanfront condo with sweeping views
We had such a relaxing time at this condo. We were amazed by the spectacular views of the ocean throughout the entire unit. The unit is spacious, clean, and well-stocked, all the furniture is of excellent quality and the beds are very comfortable. We felt nothing but luxurious. The complex is nice and quiet, loved the pool and grilling area. Paring in the designated parking garage space is a plus too. The location of this condo is also great. The private beach boardwalk is right downstairs, can't get better than that. It's a few minutes from the grocery stores and restaurants and only a 10-minute drive to historic downtown St.Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We definitely will stay at this condo again in the future.

Beachfront Condo
Evolve customer service was excellent, always responding to questions quickly. Host communication was outstanding as well. Great directions and information provided for the condo. The condo itself was clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of bath towels. Nice balcony although the dunes are high so you really can’t see the water. Nice private walkway to the beach. Beach items provided although we did not use them. We did not use underground parking space due to proximity to resident bicycle parking racks. Inconvenient things the host cannot control:-Residents next door are smokers, smoking in their front entry, and others smoking in walkways. If you are sensitive to smoke like we are, just beware of this.-driving is allowed on the beach so on the weekends, especially, there are many trucks parked with people fishing so beach space may be limited-the balcony was very nice however, they are doing work on the outside of the building so was not useable during the day hours.

Great Condo
We were pleased with everything about the location. Condo was clean, view was great for a first floor due to underground parking garage. Very quiet and safe area. Good restaurants and grocery stores extremely close. Wonderful beach, super close to drive into St. Augustine for museums, tourist attractions (10-15 minutes), but great to get out to the serenity of the beach.
