I was a little disappointed to learn that the archery and duck pin bowling were out of order because we were really looking forward to those in particular. "I needed a place to work remotely and also wanted to do some hiking on the New Jersey Appalachian trail. This had what i needed at a very reasonable price. The facility is a little run down, very limited dining and drinking options on site. (I'm a beer/IPA snob and the closest they had was a Yuengling.) But everything was clean and worked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a great brewery 1.5 miles down the hill for eating and drinking"

The Swiftwater Could Easily Rival 'The Ritz'

"From the moment we arrived and were warmly (and promptly) greeted by Jake, we knew this hotel experience was going to be stellar. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. You get the sense that every person cares deeply that you have the very best stay possible. My 11 year old absolutely loved the heated pool. We were there in early April so the combo of warm pool water and chilled air was delightful. We had sushi and Hibachi dinner at Desaki right next door; My daughter said it was "the best sushi" she ever had. I'm already planning our next visit to The Swiftwater!"
