"We stopped for two nights on May day bank holiday and Tuesday to watch the Gary Barlow concert. This the third time we have stopped at the hotel in standard double room. We parked on the road outside for which is free. The room was clean, warm and spacious. We had breakfast which is good with plenty of choices. On the first night we had a three course meal in the hotel restaurant. It was excellent. On the first night we were watched the Entertainment in the hall next to the bar. Lee and Victoria were excellent. We really enjoyed it. We bought some drinks vouchers which worked out at £3 for a pint or gin n tonic. It is a good deal. Check in was quick and the staff really friendly. The staff were really nice in the bar and restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return again. "

"Great customer service, lovely lady on reception I didn’t catch her name, was having nice conversation. Whole staff team were lovely. Loved the sofa in the room with footstool, nice not to have to sit on the bed all night. Great shower and the bed was soooo comfy"

"I’ll stay at the quest was very smooth. Its location was perfect for visiting the many attractions of Liverpool and only within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff were bubbly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and effortless. Elizabeth made my birthday weekend special with complementary Prosecco and an upgrade to a larger room. This was more than we expected and was a pleasant surprise. Communication was excellent and staff on hand to answer any queries we had. Just note the location is in a busy nightlife area and so was very lively at night. This didn’t however cause a problem as the rooms were well soundproof. Overall fantastic day and we would definitely use this hotel again."
