Good Stay at Lena Flats.
We enjoyed our stay in Lena Flats. The suite was large. The space was clean. The bed comfortable...we even had an outdoor area to ourselves which we did not get to use much due to the rainy weather. Everything we needed was provided and everything worked in the bathroom (although the bathroom was the type where the whole floor gets wet when you shower.) Lena Flats is good value for money.

Excellent studio with enough space for a family of four. The best asset is the location which is in walking distance from the most important landmarks. Check in was super easy and I was handed a list of convenient information about wifi code, entrance code, important places not to miss, etc. The place is spacious and sparkling clean but the bathroom may need some restoration. if you're considering a visit to Bursa just go ahead and book this property with confidence.

Great location and friendly staff, in addition our room had access to a little terrace and overall it was a good and affordable stay! We also used the laundry machine free of charge, great!

Fantastic Hotel
Fantastic suite, free coffee sachets. Good bathroom and shower pressure. Free Washing machine on site and clothes rack. 1 king and 2 single beds as well as sofa and dining table. Bathroom lighting was poor and, problem with tv but was not there to watch tv. Would definately go back again with the family.

Got scammed ₺1500 because of them
Basically I wanted to hire a car, instead of pointing me to the nearby street, where there are 10's of competing shops, they called a "trust worthy" friend Adnan, who's fluent in Arabic, he took ₺1500 deposit, which is unusual, and promised to return it after I return the car. After returning the car he said he doesn't have the money at hand and he'll return it later. Sadly coming back "later" for the deposit yields the same answer, "come back later". I went back to the hotel to complain about the trust worthy"friend", they said "ohhh, it's got nothing to do with us, he's just a friend", I told them what happened to the trust worthyness recommendation they made, they said it's not our problem. So basically they recommended a thief and I fell for it. I trusted them, but they weren't up for it, so be careful! خسرت ١٥٠٠ ليرة بسببهم. طلبت منهم تأجير سيارة فاتصلوا بصديق لهم اسمه عدنان، يتكلم العربي بلكنة كويتية لاكنه تركي، اخذ التأمين ورفض إرجاعه بسبب الانشغال وكلمة بعدين، فلم اشتكيت للفندق قالو هو صديق فقط ولا نتدخل. وثقت في كلمتهم وانتهى بي المطاف الى هذه التجربة السيئة.

We were pleased by our stay, moreover the manager upgraded our room because there was such possibility. Kids loved free snacks and juice in the room. We had nice rest overnight and we will stay here again

Although we’ve informed the hotel about our late arrival we were “greeted” less welcoming way. Room was a roof top room with a ladder to reach! Yes ladder not stairs! Toilet cover was broken. Reservoir water connection wasn’t cutting off when full - meaning it was constantly dlushing so we had to turn off the water. Reservation was dor two but towel etc was for one. All in all not recommended.

Big space, small price, little service.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good, short walk to main tourist areas. The service was, at best, very odd!!! Cleaning staff entered the room each day, but barely cleaned anything. Floors not swept, linens not changed (3 day stay), replaced only one of the towels per day, etc. The room next door seemed to have gotten VIP cleaning service while we were ignored. Hotel was very inexpensive and served its purpose. We decided to stay in Bursa an extra night, but moved to a different hotel. The low cost just wasn't worth the poor service, especially the poor wifi signal.
