"We spent a couple nights in Ballarat at Kevin and Anna's property. We were met at the gate by Kevin, who gave us a brief tour of the home. The property is beautifully appointed with modern appliances, and was exceptionally clean. The bottle of fresh milk in the fridge was very appreciated. We found the bed super comfortable, and enjoyed the opportunity to sit in comfort at the end of long days sight seeing. "

"Location suited my needs & was close to an event I was attending. Coffee shop in walking distance was really lovely for bfast/brunch. Having fruit, bread, milk & other things supplied was great as I didn’t have a car & really appreciated having something to eat. The place has had a lovely renovation & everything was in good working order. "

"Not up to the standard expected from a Stayz property. Advised by Heather we couldn't check in until 3pm so it was 'perfect'. However on checking in, it was not perfect. Property not advertised as a garage conversion, (low ceilings, dark), but rooms large. Great bathrooms. Several trip hazards in house. Kitchen - haphazard. Not clean, unsafe electrical items (small oven/cooker) sitting on top of microwave and leaning against wall. Bathroom taps came off/loose. Outdoor area in the driveway next...
