"We arrived from Petra… very courteous reception… unfortunately I wa s very sick on my stomach… likely from my breakfast in Petra. Mohammed and the team were VERY helpful. My wife enjoyed the camel ride and the supper… but she fell ill during the night. Otherwise, we loved every thing about the place… the location, the “bubble tent” to gaze at the stars from bed… just couldn’t do the things we had planned due to the sickness. Highly recommend this camp to others!"

"I spent a night in this tent bubble and it was a great stay, Although, I think some things can be improved, there was not fridge in my room and I had to request towels. breakfast and dinner was ok. "

"The camp is great! Staff is excellent and ready to take care of any need. The tent we stayed in may be looking a little old but everything works. As promised, you park your car and they come and get you for a short drive through desert sands. Once there you a can walk to some amazing sites just outside the gate. Then ride camels and/or hire a jeep to tour the Wadi Rum reserve. An amazing trip! At the camp while the evenings cooled off we sat around a camp fire watching the bright stars above and watched the moon climb over the rock walls. If we get to go a next time, we’ll go when the weather is cooler, 97F seems even hotter in the desert. "

"It was one of the worst experiences ever, I would not recommend anyone to stay there, right from the start, there were problems with electricity. AC’s we’re not working on most rooms, cleanliness was a big issue, there cockroaches and Ants all around the rooms, we had booked six rooms and not a single room was without any defect, food was mediocre. I would definitely not recommend not any to go by those paid ratings which were and wouldn’t advise anyone to book here. "

"An absolutely phenomenal experience, one of few "hotel quality" luxury camps in Wadi Rum that still fits into the desert experience. All typical Wadi Rum activities are available, including hiking and climbing in the desert, 4WD and pickup truck tours of the wadi, sunrise and sunset watching, offroading, and more. There's also a pool and Jacuzzi in the camp, so it's a great place to sit and relax and cool down. The food during meals is excellent and over-abundant, with water, sweet Bedouin tea, coffee, and soft drinks included. A barista is available and you can get cappuccinos and espresso-based drinks charged to the room. Alcohol is not provided in the camp, but guests can bring their own alcohol and have it served for them at the camp. The place stands out in a few ways: WiFi is available in the middle of the desert; you can experience a pool and Jacuzzi inside wadi rum; and the camp provides gorgeous sitting areas overlooking phenomenal views. It is incredibly far from other camps and you can hear complete silence, especially over night. No other camp is in sight, so all the views are solely that of nature."

"I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were excellent without being ostentatious. Very friendly management. Helped me rearrange tours after my initial plans fell through. Breakfast and dinners were enormous. A very enjoyable stay in every respect."

"Bad Experience After Upgrade to a Different Camp Despite being notified of an upgrade from a different camp,the reality fell short. I paid $58 for a triple room with a panoramic view but got a room with no view, just neighboring houses.Bathroom issues were present – no shower door led to water everywhere, and the water heater was unreliable. Staff fixed things quickly, but cold water interruptions were frustrating. Additionally, the towels provided were noticeably overused.I attempted to upgrade our room due to the disparity between our actual room and the one shown in the booking photos. However, the owner demanded an additional 100 dinars, on top of my $58, despite the fact that the online price was only $100. This meant he wanted a total of $198 for a room that was selling online for $100. It was disappointing that the owner insisted on overcharge us, especially considering our willingness to move to this camp rather than the one we initially booked, which lacked tourists. Furthermore, the water issues persisted in our original room, with the missing shower door adding to the inconvenience.The buffet, costing an extra 10 dinars, left much to be desired. Hidden costs for drinks were unexpected, and limited food options lacked variety. On a note, they accepted card payments.Food-wise, it was basic – chicken, plain rice, hummus without oil, and a dessert that needed improvement. Breakfast lacked fruit options. The absence of a toaster and only tea and coffee made it worse."
