"The location is close to the bus, and then easy to the Metro. It was about a 40ish min travel to the Art Institute when we were there. Roscoe Village is picturesque. "The location and cleanliness are what impressed us the most. Very neat and tidy and well supplied. A couple of suggestions: 1. replace the area rug in the living room. It was very dirty and cheap looking. It didn't reflect the overall cleanliness of the property. 2. A cozy blanket would have been appreciated. (remove the flimsy knit throw on the bed.) 3. "The house & the apartment were very clean & cute. Neighborhood was nice & felt safe. My only complaints were that we would’ve liked more than 2 bath towels for two people for 3 days. Also, it was very warm in the apartment (no air conditioning), but who could’ve known it would be 80 degrees in mid-October. Thank goodness there was one fan provided."

"The location is great. Down the block from the ball park. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance. Quick uber rides to anywhere else you want to go. Across from the Metro. I found some new artist I would like to see from reading their names on the Metro billboard and looking them up. My husband loved the built in cabinets and the original woodwork. "
