Burnt RIver · Whispering Pines Riverside Retreat

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (6)
"The house was faultless. The front garden is a good play area for all, adults and kids. The back garden is awesome, shaded areas and quiet. The access to the river was not good. There were loose steps, the gate couldn't be securely closed. the dock did not allow easy access to kayaks or canoe. The garden swing is dangerous, loose nails and screws and we did not use it as it seemed ready to fall down. There are better places if you have small children or seniors who want to access the river."

"This was our second time booking a two nights stay at the cottage. Ladies group of 4. Plenty of living and sleeping space! The cottage is clean and has everything you need! We cozied up to the wood fire stove, played games & puzzles, and watched movies! The hot tub has a beautiful view of the lake! Brought our snow shoes and took a walk down the road to take in all of nature's beauty! "
