Still have not recovered refund or costs of self lodging when they assured me that I would receive both. Terrible customer service and overall vacation experience from hell. "We booked this gem as a gathering spot with our adult children who live in England and Eastern Ontario. Check in was smooth and the cottage was very well equipped. Had a bit of an issue and Kyle was very quick to respond. It’s a huge property with dock, firepit and hot tub and we took full advantage of it. Beds were very comfortable.
