"Great location for a friends getaway weekend! Plenty of room for our group of 4. Updated interior, clean, quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. We did not walk to town but it can be done (roughly 1 mile). Good communication with owner The only suggestion would be to additional seating in living area. But we managed just fine and recommend this spot! "

"The house was lovely; every bedroom was nicely furnished with plenty of linens. The kitchen was amazing and was a great place for everyone to gather around and cook; the way the table opened up to the outdoor space was wonderful, but since it was snowing, we didn't get to really use it. The bathrooms were stunning with really nice showers, and there were plenty of nice touches. Galina was kind host who was easy to reach. "We all LOVED this home. So clean, plenty of space, and amazing views of the property. We didn't want to leave. The beds were so comfortable. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you!"

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

"14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. "Jane and Jeff's cottage is absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway off the shores of Saratoga Lake. We can imagine that their neighborhood is full of fun, sun, and activities in the summertime but when we visited in October, it was a perfect autumn escape. We were so happy we chose their cottage for our weekend trip, it was a perfect spot to stay between Saratoga Springs and Albany.
