"The property was perfect for our stay. Had all the facilities we needed and was set in a beautiful surrounding. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and with the help of adhoc sign language and some google translate, we managed to communicate well !"

"This is a charming little house with old bones and modern comforts (plumbing, windows, cooktop). You can hear the village church bells and the swifts that nest in the eaves. The hosts are lovely people who gave good advice on the local area. Bear in mind that almost everything is closed on Sundays and business hours are more limited than you may be used to. "We really enjoyed our stay in Metzeral. The house was very clean, the rooms perfectly proportioned with two ideal bathrooms and a large living room and dining room which was ideal for 8 of us. Everything was thought off, with wine and cake when we arrived, coffee in the cupboard and beer in the fridge!! There were even bikes in the garage, probably the best house we have ever stayed in.we will recommend to friends and hopefully come back soon."

"I would not hesitate to stay there again, with one exception. The internet Wi-Fi connection is horrible. It kept falling over, had to be rebooted. We gave up and we used my cellular subscription which worked fine."

"We rented the property for a week. We came from the US and were pleasantly surprised. The place was wonderful, clean and had all that was needed. Mr. Sittler was attentive and very nice. Very close to the wine road and a small walk to a very nice restaurant. We will definitely return and highly recommend the place."

"We stayed in The Cozy Nest for 4 nights. It is in a quaint town and was just as advertised. Extremely clean. It felt like home after a long day of sightseeing. The hosts were very unintrusive but available if needed. I would highly reccomend this property. The backery down the street has the best pastries!"

"Für uns war es alles sehr schön und der Gastgeber hat sogar noch kurzfristig ein Bettchen für unser Baby vorbei gebracht. Man muss nur vorsichtig sein wenn man die ganzen kleinen krabbeln lässt wegen der steilen Treppengänge. Ansonsten toll hier !"
