"Spacious, clean, and updated apartment close to the storage unit I use. Def use again. There was a lot of comings and goings in the hall in the night but when I closed the bedroom door it eliminated a lot of the noise. Note that the 3pm checkin means your door code won't work until 3pm. That part confused me. Photos of apartments aren't necessarily representative. There's a lot of admin to get IN and OUT ... if location suits you then it's a great option overall."

"Great spacious two bedroom apartment. Very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly. Tube station less than a 5 minute walk, Bakerloo line. Plenty of supermarkets or takeaways around the apartments if wanting to eat in."

"Perfect for my needs. Very simple check in much quicker than a hotel. Parking on drive great room en suite. Host a sound guy. Perfect for kew station and the gardens. I will stay here next summer when i visit london for the gardens"

"Our stay was completely wonderful. Easy walk to food or essential needs and easy 10 min walk to the tube. Great access to all areas of London. The staff was very courteous and came each day to freshen the room. I would stay here again!"

"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). The bedsheet barely...

"We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. "Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"I travel to London monthly from the US for work. Now it was time to take the family to explore the city. I wanted something in Kensington near public transportation. This was about a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and maybe 8 minutes to the Notting Hill tube station. Grocery shops were about 8 minutes away too. We were all over the city and found this property suited us fine. We had a couple of maintenance issues (shower drain and lighting) that were quickly fixed. They did a great job...

"This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend. "

"The boat and location are lovely and quaint..moored across from a bird sanctuary within walking distance of Kew Gardens. It is a boat so be ready for the intimacy of the space. Mark was a very responsive host."

Good choice overall. Would stay again.

"The hotel is very nice overall. There is a shuttle from the airport with a round trip at £12. Cheaper than a taxi. The lobby, restaurant, bar area, and lounge are fairly chic. Makes you feel luxurious even if you’re travelling for business. Most importantly, the room was immaculately clean and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Slept soundly. It was a bit cold temperature-wise, even with the heat on—but turning the heat off, actually raised the temperature by several degrees—just by keeping the lights on for a couple of hours. The staff was not very friendly— a bit snobbish, really, but they did what was needed. Plenty of restaurants to order from around there—a good thing, because the menu is expensive and limited."
