"The staff were brilliant at this hotel, from check in onwards. There was a disturbance on our floor in the early hours of Saturday morning and they were very quick to come up and deal with it. Great location for Symphony Hall, The Rep and Town Hall."

"We booked for a double room. I did not sleep well due to the mattresses being placed across which left a large crease across the middle of the bed….very uncomfortable."

"Great location for my trip, easy access to motorway , and bus stop into Nottingham centre just outside the hotel ( friendliest bus drivers I’ve ever met!) which run frequently. Easy parking. Friendly receptionist welcome, with a smile and Hilton cookie biscuit ☺️ The room was lovely , firm bed, huge telly, clean and modern. Charging platform and USB ports, which was great , good free WiFi. Good lighting great shower. Only downside, some noisy Canadian Geese, in the pond/ lake in the hotel grounds started ‘squawking’ at 4.30am..constant. Not much can be done, but apart from that a very good stay, happy customer, just bring ear plus for the geese! "
