"Everything from the house, to the view, to the vibe was perfect. Lake living at its finest. This is a peaceful and quiet place. It has ample space to stretch out and breathe but also quality open space to gather the whole group. Looking forward to returning again! "

"Perfect location from the base. Excellent service at check-in and check-out. Dining experiences left a lot to be desired - service was pretty bad and took a very long time for drinks and food. Wait staff was just rude. Would’ve liked the fitness center to be included and to have daily cleaning service since theirs is no washer/dryer - not enough towels and no one to pick up used towels. Overall a lonely stay and enjoyable experience. "

"This property is just okay...we checked in, took one look at the room, came back on Expedia, booked another room and left the key on the counter, all within 10 minutes of arriving at the "hotel". This place is very misrepresented on Expedia and it is cute and serene, but not for us. Upon walking in, it's a cute, cozy "living room" with a fireplace and the guy that checked us in was friendly (and shoeless...odd...). He personally walked us up to our room and told us about dinner. "We were visiting UVM with my daughter, and we had a lovely time meeting Cindy. She was very kind and helpful with local dining and sightseeing ideas. She also generously accommodated our travel plans and let us arrive a few hours early. It's an older home, so the bathroom is small (single sink, no vanity) but the shower was updated and comfortable. The living and bedroom space is quite cozy, and the location can't be beat!"

"My daughter, her fiancé, and I stayed in one of Errin's units for Christmas week. It was perfect! The unit was clean, well-appointed, and very close to the Church Street Marketplace. (downtown Burlington) I'll see about using the apartment again the next time I travel to Burlington! "

"Such a lovely, clean and perfectly located home with lots of character. Everything was perfect and not one hitch at all. Oh, wait….. just curious about the coat hooks at front door? Haha We are all under 5’4” so it was quite comical to see us hopping up to get our jackets hung up. Sometimes we’d get it on the first jump ….sometimes not. Haha Lovely home and we highly recommend. "

"Overall excellent hotel! The 2 bed suite was perfect for travel with a toddler. The pull out couch was comfortable and room was spacious and immaculate. Breakfast was plentiful and there was complimentary wine and charcuterie during our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. You can’t go wrong here!"
