My husband and I, in our 70’s were given a room on the third floor with no elevator! NOT ACCEPTABLE. The person behind the desk told us there would not be another room available until later in the evening…they were short staffed. When The Manager came over, a room on the first floor somehow miraculously appeared. We paid almost $450/night. Room was nothing special.

It was a great experience at this hotel. It has elevators which is a plus, it has an indoor pool which was great and great food options. Everyone was very nice and very easy to talk to. We will definitely be back.

We were visiting UVM. The hotel is close by to the school. When we were staying at the hotel there was a wedding and a lot of kids with travel soccer league. I was concerned it would be a busy night and loud. It was not at all. I would stay there again and we poor recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Burlington.

I loved the view of the large parking lot outside the window. The real problem was lack of services. We had to ask for the beds to be made, wastebaskets emptied and toilet paper. The bathroom was like a closet--so small. I hope never to stay in such a room again.
