"Great owner and staff. Friendly, helpful and pleasant in every way. Nice night life bar area and a great German style breakfast. Arrived too late for an evening meal but based on how busy the eating areas were I would expect the food to be excellent too. A must stay if anywhere in the area. "Schöne große Wohnung. Das obere Wohnzimmer lässt sich auch gut als weiteres Schlafzimmer nutzen. 2 Hängematten bringen einen sofort in Urlaubsstimmung. Die Fensterfront nach Westen ist abends wirklich traumhaft.WLAN funktionierte auch gut. Die selbstgebaute Küche sieht toll aus, bei der Ausstattung konnten wir nicht alles finden was die Website hergibt. Es gibt interessante Geräte wie einen Milchaufschäumer oder ein Fondue-Set dafür aber nur einen Kochtopf. Mikrowelle, Herd oder Geschirrspüler...

"Ich verbrachte 3 Tage mit meiner Mutter im Gasthaus zur Sonne. Mit dem gratis erhaltenen S-Bahn Ticket konnten wir Freiburg in 20 Minuten erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Highlights: geräumiges Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet. Negativ: laut knarrende Badezimmertür. Wenn jemand lärmempfindlich ist würde ich raten woanders Abend zu essen aber das Essen selbst war ausgezeichnet. "
