"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"Excellent stay! Short tram ride into the hustle and bustle of Dresden. Perfect place for two people (or even three if one wants to sleep on the couch) and the neighborhood was lovely. We love to walk, so it was also easy to take the mile or so walk to the park and enter the City that way. Instructions to check in out wee detailed and easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!"

"The location was great, and had a beautiful view. The apartment had everything we needed and more. There were toys, books, games, and a outside play area for the kids. Short walks to whatever you need. The owners were very helpful and kind, answering questions and giving recommendations even before we arrived. They even called to check in to make sure everything was good since they could not be there when we checked in. Wonderful place to stay."
