We stayed with 2 families (4 adults and 5 children) and the size was perfect! You definitely get what you pay for. Christine is the best manager and will take care of anything you need. "The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the views are amazing! You are right on the sound and across the street from the beach. Walking distance to local shops, bars, and grocery store. We used our car maybe once and that was to go into Wilmington. The owner was easy to communicate with and our stay was perfect thanks to him. We can’t wait to rent this home again in the future. "We loved our stay. The house has everything you need - including k-cups and creamer! Parking was super easy in back or on the street right in front - we walked everywhere! We loved the beautiful historic homes all around us. Be aware that you must walk through one bedroom to get to the other (and then those 2 bedrooms share a bathroom) - no big deal for families, but perhaps 2 couples may find this awkward. Owner was very kind. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property is in a great location with ample space. Rooms were spacious and furnished well. We just had two minor comments - the stove top runs very hot. The upstairs shower/tub combo only has water for tub - the shower did not work. We had a very nice relaxing holiday and would rent the house again. Also, I have already recommended the place to a friend."
