Spacious home in Ouren with sauna

This spacious villa is located in Burg-Reuland. There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people. The accommodation is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. The house has an infrared sauna so you can completely relax.

Less than 30 meters from the villa there is a new garden of 1000 square meters with outdoor sauna, hot tub (from July 1, 2024), boules court, playground equipment, picnic table, BBQ, etc. which can be freely used by guests.

The holiday home is beautifully situated and it is the ideal base for exploring the area. With Germany on one side and Luxembourg on the other, you have the opportunity to cross the border for a trip to one of these two countries. The Südeifel nature reserve and High Fens are perfect for miles of walking and cycling and a visit to Reuland castle is also well worth the effort. The nearest restaurants are only 500 m away.

The interior of the villa is cosy, partly thanks to the wood-burning stove that provides a pleasant atmosphere in winter. In 2017, two completely new bathrooms were built and all beds were replaced. In the attic there is a table football and pool table so you don't have to get bored. In the garden with terrace you can barbecue in the summer.

We hebben een leuke week gehad in dit prachtige huis. Het is voorzien van veel faciliteiten, ruime aanwezigheid van keuken spullen, veel spelletjes en boeken en een game console (wii). Dus bij een dagje slecht weer is het geen probleem om in dit huisje te verblijven. Huisje was ook echt schoon. Het ligt dicht in de buurt van Duitsland en Luxemburg. Een bezoek bij kasteel Vianden in Luxemburg is een aanrader. Wij hebben genoten.

De omgeving is fantastisch. Het huis is heerlijk, van alle gemakken voorzien. We ervaren alleen wel veel geluidsoverlast van bouwwerkzaamheden naast het huis, waardoor we niet even lekker buiten gaan zitten.

Toen wij bij het huisje arriveerde dachten wij is dat het. Maar het is een heel gezellig huisje met alles erop en eraan. Wij hebben er 14 dagen in vertoeft en het heel goed naar ons zin gehad. Hebben zelfs de eigenaars ontmoet en die zijn heel vriendelijk. Dus echt een aanrader.

Het huis is mega! Mooi ingericht. Alles, maar dan ook alles is meer dan genoeg aanwezig. Het is heel proper en verzorgd. Kamers en badkamers tip top. De gastvrouw is ongelofelijk attent en staat meteen paraat voor vragen. Dit is een perfecte ervaring in een mooie streek, prachtige wandelingen. Een zeer klein rustig dorp op zichzelf, maar voor wie wil genieten. Een echte aanrader!

Van 21 oktober tot en met 28 oktober een vakantiehuis gehuurd Souvenirs d'Ouren. ...
Van 21 oktober tot en met 28 oktober een vakantiehuis gehuurd Souvenirs d'Ouren. Op 27 oktober heb ik via een mail gevraagd of er ook een bedje aanwezig was voor een baby, aangezien mijn dochter dat niet kon zien op de foto's, daarop heb ik géén reactie ontvangen. Bij aankomst op vrijdag direct gekeken of er een babybed aanwezig was, er was een campingbedje, zónder matrasje, geen dekentje/dekbedje en geen lakentje! Heel lang geprobeerd het bedje op te zetten, niet gelukt. Er zat ook géén gebruiksaanwijzing bij. Belvilla gebeld en zij zou contact opnemen met de beheerster/eigenaar. Na ruim een half uur kwam de beheerster die alleen Frans en Portugees sprak, overigens erg aardig, en die taal zijn wij niet machtig. Ook de beheerster heeft heel lang geprobeerd het bedje op te zetten, niet gelukt. Toen de eigenaar gebeld, gelukkig Nederlands sprekend, zij kwam met de oplossing dat er de volgende dag een nieuw bedje zou komen met toebehoren. Gelukkig kwam mijn dochter pas zaterdag, maar als zij vrijdag gekomen was.....? Ook een kamer was niet schoon, wattenstokjes en pluizen van stof op de grond, de beheerster heeft die voor ons gedweild. Het was 19.15 uur voordat wij de koffer konden uitpakken en konden koken. De begin- en eindtijden vind ik laat en daardoor mis je één dag. En zeker met kinderen/ baby vind ik dat je de woning snel moet verlaten, om 9.05 stond de beheerster al op de stoep voor inspectie. De bedden waren goed maar wij vonden het verder een onoverzichtelijk huis! Met vriendelijke groet, Jannie de Weger.

4 good size double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a well equipped kitchen, spacious living all in good order - the house is perfect although the ceilings are low and a flyswatter was missed the environment is very quiet and there are no facilities in the village - the closest supermarket is 15 minutes by car

Ietwat aparte indeling waar we (heel eventjes maar) aan moesten wennen. Keuken en woonkamer is van elkaar gescheiden door een kleine gang die vrij koud bleef. Keuken en woonkamer kon wel goed verwarmd worden door de cv. Slaapkamers boven mooi ruim, lekkere bedden. De zolder was een paradijs voor onze kinderen. Ze hebben amper omgekeken naar de Wii (incl spellen) in de woonkamer. Het huis was ontzettend proper en van alle gemakken voorzien. Opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken, koffiefilter... Alles inclusief. Een dikke Chapeau voor de eigenaren!!

Gisteren terug gekomen van een heerlijke vakantie in dit huis. We waren hier met ons hele gezin ter ere van ons 25 jarig huwelijk. Bij binnenkomst hadden we gelijk het wow-gevoel. Het was een heerlijk, ruim, gezellig, fijn en knus huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook stond er een prachtige bos bloemen, attenties en felicitatiekaartje klaar. Heel leuk en bijzonder. We hebben enorm genoten vd de prachtige natuur , haardvuur en elkaar. Ook was de speelzolder een succes. Het dorpje zelf is een heel klein, leuk oud plekje. De kinderen vonden het wel heel rustig bij oud en nieuw, zelfs saai: de hele dag geen knalletje te horen. Helaas hebben we net geen sneeuw gehad. We kijken terug op een super fijne vakantie en houden zeker dit huis in gedachten.
