"Firstly I need to mention this is not a 4 bedroom property. It may well sleep 8 (sofa bed?), but it only has 3 actual bedrooms. This was not a problem for us. "This was our first villa holiday, and can only say me and my husband were blown away with the villa, and the communication with Tim the host. We booked for 1 week, and were picked up from the airport. We received a welcome letter the week before arriving, with everything we needed to know from gaining access, to using the wifi. "The location of the villa was ideal for us but unfortunately the villa did not live up to expectations. The surrounds were unkempt and the grass needed a cut which was done much later into our vacation. The inside of the property is tired and requires updating in many places. My contact with the owner prior to my visit I found to be very responsive and helpful but investment in the update of a lovely property and its management in my opinion needs serious consideration."

"We had a great week in Ibrahim’s villa. The house was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The children LOVED the pool and spent every possible moment in it. The location was good, quiet but close enough to some very good restaurants, cafes, shops and the Sunday market. To explore Fethiye I would definitely recommend car hire. Thank you Ibrahim and the house keeping team, we will be back"

Perfect for the budget.

"This is the perfect place and location for a short visit. We have a car so it was easy to find. There are coffee shops and restaurants in the area with in 10 walk distance. The check in was seamless. The rooms spacious ( with kitchenette) and the ac word really well. Everything is clean. "

"We wanted a one night stay in Isparta, a city we very much like and have been to before. We rejected more expensive options for the relatively new Rosa Therapy. We are very glad we did! The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff friendly. The room was immaculate but could have done with some drinking glasses and a kettle and cups. We decided to try the buffet breakfast which turned out to be amazing value for Morley and run by an absolutely delightful lady. The area is quiet and residential but within an easy walk of the shops and restaurants. A very good stay at a reasonable price. Well done to all the staff. "
