The space is very usable, although the configuration isn't conducive to all the chalet relaxing together on sofas in the evening by the fire but we made do with the dining chairs. Prior to check in, it wasn't made clear to us that we were required to have a relatively large cash deposit available. Le Grand Bornand is a great village with restaurants and shops and the ski area is friendly and perfect for family or leisure skiing. Would be very happy to stay again some day !"
