"The hotel is located about ten minutes away from Gent Dampoort train station. The facility is modern and squeaky clean. Although the hotel is close to a business park and a busy roundabout, you barely hear any noise from your room. Moreover, the presence of rental bikes helped me given that public transit in Gent is disappointing. For ten Euros a day (plus a fifty Euros safety deposit), I managed to visit all of Gent's major attractions with a rental bike from the hotel thanks to Gent's bike infrastructures."

The NH app for communication and resolution of issues and request for needs was extremely helpful. Room was cozy,clean, updated. Staff was very helpful. Common areas were nice and relaxing. "
