BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Bargara

3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (151)
"We enjoyed using this as our home base for going out to Lady Musgrave Island. The only reason for not giving five stars is because the beds were not very comfortable, the bedrooms did not have dedicated aircon and the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. It was very nice to have a comfy couch and a veranda to sit on. Better chairs for the veranda could be beneficial. Even if they had to be stored indoors to safeguard. Nice and quiet. I would return once renos are completed. "

The Point Resort

4.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (699)
"The location is really good , front on the waterfront. Walking track is just along the water front. Easy excess to the beach and the golf club. One drawback is the construction site right next door. It was noisy which isn’t anything the resort can do about that. The unit we had was spacious and clean. The TV was hard to operate and we gave up after a few gos at it. "

Idyllic stone cottage in the heart of Childers.

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (24)
"Stayed overnight after visiting friends for lunch, rather than face a 3hr drive home in the evening. Decided a quaint stone cottage would be more pleasant than a motel. Very clean and comfortable, centrally located walking distance to town, undercover carport at the front ! Host kindly left chocolates and icy poles in the fridge ( huge hit with husband ) there were other basic condiments too Many thanks ! Will return. "

Romantic private couples retreat

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (13)
"This is a great place to unwind and relax in the bush.Close enough to Childers but far enough from the road to be nice and quiet. The outside spa bath is relaxing and has a great view of the bush.We even had a fantastic light show (Storm) added in.The fact that there was no Wi-Fi wasn't a problem and made it more relaxing."

7.6 out of 10, Good, (9)
"We enjoyed our stay with Christine thoroughly. It is in a quiet location, where we wanted to relax on the verandah, listen to the birds, watch the horses, and enjoy the breeze. Being able to have our two dogs stsy with us was a mustand they were secure on the verandah. The cabin was tidy and had everything we needed. The shower was nice, and the drinking water was tank water and tasted good. The bed was comfortable. Tv is available, a clothesline too. The closest beach is Coonarr Beach which is...
