"I reserved this place for my daughter and friends who are checking out schools for college in Manila. My reservation included free breakfast and they told my daughter that it’s not, and have them pay for it. After complaining to expedia they tried to resolve it by giving them free lunch which was the same thing they had for breakfast (spam and egg). "They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. All the stops are tiled and slippery.. rain everywhere of course but dangerous slippery tile, If this was in America, they would have been sued.
