"Had a good experience from the day we checked in (assisted by Hezren, thank you for the great help) to the housekeeping (example when we asked for plates and cutlery, it arrived super fast!) Services aside, the room is big enough with bathtubs and toilet is separated from the main wash area.. the area is also quite near a mall Nu Sentral (i think?) with food, shopping and services (manicure etc) The only not so positive thing is that some furniture and fixtures seems abit worn out but not a major issue!"

"The hotel room is spacious and clean. The Times Square shopping center is just across the street and there are many restaurants there. Other major shopping centers are also in a walk distance. Highly recommended."

Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Service from front desk staff was particularly outstanding. Perfect for our needs."
