"Excellent service and check-in. They really made us feel valued and welcome. The room was nice and any service issues were immediately addressed in an adequate manner. I would certainly stay here again. I wish they had a full-service restaurant and room service, that's the only drawback - they did offer breakfast in their restaurant and free coffee and tea, which was great. Lastly, they claimed the pool was heated several times, but it wasn't - it did not make a huge difference though - the pool was amazing and the cleanliness and constant upkeep was a huge plus."
