Hotwater not consistent, the water might turn cold for a moment when you are showering. 3. Parking is in public carpark outside the compound thus you will need to walk in the cold to the house although there are ample space to park in the compound. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. Would not book here again!"

"Had a week here and loved it. Pisa 20 mins, Montecatini 15 mins, Firenze 40 mins. Great for exploring Tuscany and even better for just relaxing. Can't fault the accommodation, service, friendliness of the staff. Great prices as well. Everything was great and will return soon."

"Very central to Prato. Lovely period features. Nice roof top terrace. I stayed in an apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the main road. It was very noisy. People on the street from a nearby bar were out until 1am - just talking but it came through to the room. A set of earplugs allowed me to sleep on the second night. I think there should be a warning for that room to say that it is noisy. Otherwise guests will be shocked."

"We arrived late but the front desk left a number for us to reach them, that was nice. Parking was provided space available. Room was clean and large. Was near the top of a mountain with great views of the valley below and cool crisp tuscan mornings, nice. Cafe and restaurants nearby. Forty minutes out of Florence where we spent the day but if you have a car, i would recommend it. A good value."
