"We were in Laramie to spend Thanksgiving with our youngest son who is a graduate student at the University of Wyoming. Our stay was very pleasant and trouble free. The checkin was easy, the parking on the street in front of the house was convenient, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well equipped, and the rooms were bright and sunny. We had no issues and hope to stay there again. "

We came in for a quick overnight trip for a work meeting, so we didn't explore the area, but the location is close to the downtown area. The neighborhood is quiet. As others mention, the staircase up is steep and the landing is a bit tight, so something to consider if guests/pets have mobility issues, but there are pictures provided.
