"Home had a random stranger staying in the “middle room”. This is not a rental all to yourself. Not a situation you would ever feel comfortable for your family. We left immediately after tour. This place shouldn’t be listed on vrbo, maybe the other rental place, but this was not as advertised. Of course vrbo didn’t refund, absolutely pathetic business."

"We had a group of 14 moms get away for a weekend. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed from an equipped kitchen to ample seating and parking. The scenery is beautiful and we would stay here again! We enjoyed an outing to nearby downtown Gainesville to walk the greenway and shop and dine. "
