This well-appointed, recently renovated, 1350 sq. ft. ranch duplex apt. is located on Main St in the heart of charming & historic Clarence, NY. The community is a beautiful, safe, and family friendly suburb of Buffalo, NY. The entire apt. is on one level, with two parking spaces next to the entrance. The beautiful open concept floor plan provides an abundance of natural lighting, creating a comfortable airy feeling, that is perfect for small gatherings, business travelers, and entertaining.

We are a fully licensed Airbnb with the Town of Clarence.
Loretta is a licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN), and is trained in infection control. Loretta personally supervises the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of the entire apartment. We use EPA-Registered hospital disinfectant products (MadaCide), sanitize all bed linens, and use the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) while cleaning the apartment.

Immaculate!
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was immaculate! Furnishings were very nice and everything was in great condition! She left us bottled water and snacks which was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is that at least one of the bedrooms have a TV. With multiple people staying there and different age groups it would have been nice to have at least one more TV than just the one in the living room. Location was great. When coming back again to visit my family I would definitely would choose to stay here again.

Perfect Accommodations
This property was exactly as advertised and more. Very clean with very comfortable furnishings. We were a group of six, in town for a family reunion. Close to shopping and the airport with easy access to major highways. Our host provided plenty of comforts including coffee, snacks, bottled water, laundry supplies and plenty of towels. Beds were super comfy and good night's sleep was had by all. We will definitely return next time we need accommodations in the Clarence, N.Y. area. I highly recommend this property.

The main st is a little loud but the house is nicely decorated. It has everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay.
