A lovely spot
We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well appointed. It's a short walk to Hertel Ave which has a bunch of shopping and restaurant options. The host was friendly, accommodating, and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend it and would totally book this again if I was in the area.

Great place and excellent location
We came to town for a Buffalo Bills game and this house was great for the five of us. We could walk to several restaurants and the drive to the stadium was not bad at all. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. We had no issues with the house and everything was as advertised.

Wonderful Stay
We had a great stay at Sean’s place! Apartment is in a great neighborhood and a short walk to many dining options. The apartment was clean and very well stocked. A bonus to have parking off street right in front! Plenty of room for all our needs and definitely the easiest checkout process I’ve ever had with a VRBO rental. Would definitely stay here again!

Great first trip to Buffalo!
We loved this second floor condo/apartment! It was clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and had comfortable beds and sofa! Great location to get to downtown Buffalo where we saw a show at beautiful Shea’s Theater, Niagara and walking distance to the zoo, where we absolutely loved checking out the polar bears and gorillas! Great host with good communication who made check-in and check-out super easy! Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely older home with charm!
Our family loved staying at this charming older home. It is very spacious, with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The home is older, so the floors will creak underfoot, there is no dishwasher, and you are using a shared laundry room, so come prepared. However, this house is very charming and was my kids favorite place we stayed on our trip. If we come back to this area, we would stay again!

The house was perfect for our stay. We were 30 minutes from Niagara Falls and close to many restaurants and shops. Parking was a little challenging. We have a pick-up truck and couldn't park in front of the porch with out blocking the sidewalk. There is on street parking but you can't always park in front of the house. Other than that, the house was perfect for our needs and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. If we are ever in the area again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Sean was so kind and engaging, answering all my questions in a timely manner. I asked him about different restaurants and he was happy to suggest a few with very detailed information about all of them. The house was clean, with many amenities, it even came with coffee pods which was so nice to it have to run to the store right away once we got into town. I would definitely come back and stay here, not to mention how close all the restaurants are…only a few houses down to the main road. 5 ⭐️

Perfect wedding weekend stay
Selected this vrbo because the pics made the apartment look so bright and inviting and a perfect place to get ready for my wedding. It did not disappoint. My sisters stayed with me the first night and hair and makeup came to make us gorgeous in the morning. The make up artist and photographer loved all the light. It was the perfect place to take photos of us getting ready, my wedding dress and some great detail shots. The hosts were incredibly communicative and left my now husband and I a sweet token of congratulations. Having a parking spot right in front of the house was so helpful too. Highly recommend this place and would suggest to anyone coming to Buffalo for a visit. Location is great too!

Old charm meets modern w/sleek hotel vibes is what this place gave us!
Our experience was beyond amazing. Not only is this apartment spacious with multiple levels, very clean, meets ADA bathroom requirements, has plush beds, and bed linen, but the neighborhood is dog friendly, loaded with restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The apt is in close proximity to UB and all the things we’ve found and love here in Buffalo. Having a disabled mother it was nice to see a walk in shower with built in seat; this added detail was touching to see. My favorite space in the apt is the dinning room because of the wood beam ceiling! My husband and our son bfavorite spot is the loft. I’m sure it’s because it felt like a man cave. Our host was totally awesome, and helpful. He answered every question within minutes, but most importantly went above and beyond to help when needed! Our son play football at UB, so this will be the place we rent going forward. We’ve found our home away from home!
