- Occupancy Limit: A maximum of 10 people are allowed on the property at any time. Violating this rule may result in immediate eviction of all guests without a refund.

- Check-In: Only the person who booked the reservation is permitted to check in.

- Contact Information: A valid phone number is required for accessibility.

- Guest Declaration: All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any undeclared guests will incur a $40 per day fee and may result in reservation cancellation if deemed unsuitable by the host or Airbnb.

- Property Complaints: By reporting any issues (e.g., cleanliness, amenities), you authorize us to enter the property to address the problem without additional permission.

- Self Check-In: This is a self check-in property, and you agree to follow the provided instructions.

- House Rule Acknowledgment: You agree not to contact the host until you have thoroughly read the house rules.

- Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed to potty outdoors or in designated community areas. Non-compliance may result in fines or reservation cancellation without a refund.

- Garbage Disposal: Garbage must be sealed and placed in the appropriate outdoor bins. Recyclables and garbage must be separated correctly. Improper disposal will result in a $50 fine.

- Security: Ensure all windows and doors are locked when you’re not home and at check-out.

- Lights: Please turn off all lights when not in use and ensure they are off at check-out.

- No Smoking: A $200 fee will be charged for any smoking on the property.

Check-Out Procedures:

- Place used towels and linens on the bathroom floor.
- Dispose of all trash before checking out.

Late Check-Out:

- Unauthorized late check-out beyond 30 minutes will incur a $50 fee.

- Holding possession of the property for more than 2 hours after check-out time will result in a charge for an additional day, but without extending the reservation.

Cleaning Fee: Excessive messes beyond standard guest behavior will result in a $100 extra cleaning fee.

Booking Agreement: By booking, you agree to treat the property respectfully and not damage the host’s business due to dissatisfaction. In case of legal action, you agree to cover all court and attorney fees incurred by the host in addition to any damages.
