"The location was very close to downtown. There is a bit of traffic noise in the evening on Friday and Saturday nights as you would expect with downtown. The property is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Both beds are big and comfy. It was a great place to stay and I’m sure I’ll be back."

"We would not choose to stay at this property again. Porch was not screened in and we were unable to use it at all. Numerous bugs all over patio made it. Impossible to even sit out there for five minutes. Unit itself was clean inside with very minimal Furnishings. The complex itself was nice but very noisy people above us. The property manager of this unit was very kind and helpful to us. Owners may want to consider screening in porch as being at the lake is not much fun if you can’t be outside."

"The Upbeat Loft was clean, secure and charming. The location was convenient and very close to downtown restaurants and nightlife. Parking was very close, always available and being able to park in a garage was nice. We would stay here again when travelling to Springfield. "

"No microwave, dishwasher but not very many dishes nor silverware. Halls needed cleaning, floor was sticky and needed attention. Nice location!"
