"This home was absolutely wonderful! It was centrally located and had all the amenities we could ask for. Great kitchen to cook our meals in with a family, the pool was a perfect place to cool off and have have a drink The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The house keeper was and angel and the house manager was externally helpful kind and caring and went above and beyond. We are already planing our trip back for next year."

"The roads leading to the property are dirt roads that during the winter months in Nicaragua are inpassable. That was not mentioned on the online listing, we had to cut our vacation short becuase the SUV's we rented couldn't make it to the property. The property owner wants to give us only 50% of what we payed, that is unacceptable. The owner hasn't reach out, doesn't care and didn't care the day we tried getting to the property. The owner just said, the "roads get really bad when it rains" she...

"I am glad we chose to stay with our family at this house. Rooms were comfortable and clean, we had 7 people and everyone was comfortable, enjoyed the view from the pool. The beach inside the complex is amazing Caribbean white sandy beach with a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Road was good and easy to access the complex and house. "Our stay here was AMAZING! The house was very clean and the staff (Allan and his wife, Leticia) were super helpful. They cooked us some delicious dinners and were very attentive to all our Needs. The pool is great, we had some amazing sunsets and We were a short walk to Remanzo beach. We went for my sister’s 40th birthday and there were 13 of us, the house was super spacious and just so Comfortable. We made some amazing memories here and hope to be back soon"

"We had such a great time, due mostly to April's beautiful property. It was like an oasis set in a historic colonial town. It was so much fun to lounge by the pool and relax after a nice dinner in town. April was so helpful and went over and above to communicate where to go and where to eat. The check in and out process was so detailed and easy. I would highly recommend to anyone who visits Granada. "

"Great house and great time! We rented the place for a 40th birthday party for a group of friends and everything was exactly as advertised in the photos. Communications from the host by email (before we were in country) and Whats App (once in the country) were super easy / responsive. Opting into the additional meal service was a huge time / hassle saver, and I'd highly recommend. I'd encourage the hosts to add some patio furniture or a second hammock to the upstairs porch, but would absolutely...

"Wonderful property centrally located in Granada. Just be aware that it is more of a hotel than a house. Gates are locked at night and you cannot come and go as you please. Food was amazing, especially breakfast, albeit a little pricey."
