That was not mentioned on the online listing, we had to cut our vacation short becuase the SUV's we rented couldn't make it to the property. The property owner wants to give us only 50% of what we payed, that is unacceptable. The owner hasn't reach out, doesn't care and didn't care the day we tried getting to the property.
