Hotel is closed permanently
I arrived to find the hotel had converted to apartments 1 month earlier. I 'm currently trying to get a refund from Expedia which is proving difficult.

Cold and impersonal dormitory in Villa Crespo
The ambience of this place is decidedly institutional, somewhere between hospital, dormitory and Bulgarian prison block. Staff is semi-surly, the single elevator is molasses-slow, and the included "breakfast" is two (admittedly tasty) croissants in a bag left suspended on your doorknob. Definitely not recommended.

Falló comunicación entre Hoteles.com y Pop Hotel
La reserva decía 2 camas individuales - 3 Adultos, el hotel decía que era una resreva para 2 personas pero yo la hice para 3. Después de mucho discutir, para solucionarlo, "disfrazaron" de triple una habitación doble (muy ruidosa además por tener paredes de durlock y ventanas que no estaban aisladas). Colocaron una terce cama que dejaba menos de 15 cm de espacio entre cam,as y bloqueaba toda la circulación. Muy malo el desayuno, dejan colgadas unas medialunas y en la habitación no hay ni una silla para sentarse a tomar un café que hay que preparárselo ahí mismo. Hoteles.com NO INFORMA al cliente antes de finalizar la reserva que se debe pagar el IVA en el Hotel. Pésimo servicio tanto de Hoteles.com como del Pop Hotel. Después de un reclamo accedieron a darnos una habitación realmente triple y no ruidosa. No recomiendo este hotel porque todo implica insistir en reclamos. Cuando pedimos una almohada extra nos dijeron que no tenían más, al rato de insistir e insistir aparecieron con almohada extra. Muy poco creíbles. La factura del IVA no dice IVA sino Depósito, lo cual no refleja lo cobrado. Más cerca del centro de BsAs hay hoteles que por el mismo precio brindan mejor desayuno y mejor comodidad en la habitación.

lindo hotel, comodo, limpio, atención excelente. solo un par de detalles para que tengan en cuenta, no tiene para colgar toallas de mano en el baño. y sirven el desayuno en la habitacion y hay una mesa pero ninguna silla.

Buen hotel en Palemo
No me gustó el cobro de IVA por sobre el costo abonado a Hoteles.com. Es la primera vez que veo esta situación. No me había ocurrido antes con booking. En un primer vistazo al hotel esto no se advierte, pero cuando se reserva aparece muy chico debajo del precio. Mala mia por confiar. No volveré a contratar en estas condiciones, no me parece claro de parte de hoteles.com ni de parte del hotel.

Reception is not 24hs.Staff kept me 20 min out the locked door on the 16/4, 3am. Room and bathroom had a dirty smell.

Clean budget hotel, poor wifi
Room was spacious and well-equipped; we even had a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable, clean, and larger than expected (king size). Air-conditioning worked well. Croissants in the morning were tasty and left outside your door. Overall, the value you got for your money was great. Wifi, however, was completely unusable in room. We only stayed one night because of this issue. It is also on a noisy intersection traffic-wise, so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue for you.

숙소는 깨끗하고 아침식사는 빵하나와 음료수 하나지만 그런대로 괜찮았으나 교통편이 매우 불편하였음. 이른아침에 공항으로 가기 위해 호텔직원에게 부탁했으나 그 과정이 너무 어려웠으며 가까운 거리엠에도 불구하고 직원으로 인해 요금이 많이 부과 된것

Friendly, modern hotel
After a long day of cancelled flights, I got to the hotel much later than anticipated. The initial reaction to the place was how friendly the front desk employee was, and how clean and modern the lobby and room were. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint was the wifi signal was weak. I'm sure some people won't like the breakfast, but I thought it was very nice to have medialunas (pastries) delivered to my door in the morning. If you want a full service breakfast, I guess go somewhere else.
