Falta de higuiene en toda la habitación; hotel con alfombra vieja y sucia. Le falta remodelación; la tapa del baño súper deteriorada con astillas. Lamentable para una categoría Dazzler; pedí cama matrimonial y nos dieron 2 twin chiquitas

Clean, good location, amazing staff
Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is at a good location, for us it was easy to walk to Plaza de Mayo. There are a number of food places and groceries nearby which was really convenient. Wifi in our roon wasn't as good as we wanted as you were only able to connect on one half of the room. Their breakfast could use some improvement though, more hot options would go a long way. If anything, what made our experience great was the excellent service staff provided. We are very thankful to the reception staff particularly Erik and Manuel. I'd recommend this place to my friends and family.

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA!!
experiencia muy mala. 12 horas sin luz ni agua. poca predisposición del personal. escaleras de emergencia iluminadas con velas. tomare los recaudos necesarios. no tuvimos nisiquiera una disculpa o reconocimiento de gastos algunos. (tengo las fotos de las velas) patetico!!

Simple clean hotel
Nice hotel, enjoyed the brief stay there. I did notice that the curtains were torn, most likely from sun damage as the material was fragile. I was going to mention it when I left but forgot. Otherwise it’s in a good location with lots to do and see

Great hotel in excellent location!
The hotel is in an excellent location and within walking distance to many places of interest as well as restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful!

Pessoal da limpeza é desonesto! Tive 100 dólares roubados dentro do quarto. Dinheiro sumiu logo após a limpeza do quarto!! Gerência não tomou providência nenhuma. Foi indiferente à situação!

Herunter gekommenes Stadthotel.
Die Lage des Hauses ist für eine Städtetour gut. Die angebenen 4 Sterne hat das Haus selbst bei guter Bewirtschaftung nicht verdient. Genau an der Bewirtschaftung mangelt es aber. Das Frühstück ist selbst für südamerikanische Verhältnisse lausig.Gleiches gilt für den Frühstücksservice. Das Personal im Empfang hingegen war immer freundlich und hilftsbereit. Größter Mangelpunkt sind aber der allgemeine Zustand und die Reinlichkeit der Zimmer. Hierbei spreche ich natürlich nur von unserem Zimmer. Das Haus als solches und vor allem unser Zimmer und das zugehöroge Bad sind völlig herunter gekommen. Das Hau kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nice stay, walking to sites, ok breakfast
Room was clean, mid level hotel 3-4 stars by North American standards. Close to downtown, but Buenos Aires downtown is large and you must be willing to walk. Breakfast by Argentinian standards was good in that they offered eggs and fresh fruit. Staff was helpful, they spoke a good level of English, had a nice stay here overall for a large chain type of experience.

We're used to Dazzlers Hotels and expected a bit more of this one. Whilst the room was the classic spacious room, there were no hand towels and the bathroom was very very small. We wonder how would an older and heavier person would had felt trying to get in. The breakfast provided was also a bit too basic in comparison with other Dazzlers. Will reserve another hotel next time.
