We booked the apartment through Expedia. The instructions were to contact the property prior to our arrival. Multiple attempts to contact the property were unsuccessful. We ended up arriving in Buenos Aires with no connection from the property. Eventually, after hours trying to make arrangements for access to the confirmed booking, we were transferred to the relocation team at Expedia. Ultimately, we were set up in an alternative accommodation which ended up being very good. The hours, days and weeks spent trying to get into this Hestia at plaza Serrano created alot of stress and alot of time and effort. We never did see the apartment and the property never returned our messages or answered the phone. Really unpleasant experience all round.
